Rhytidectomy
You may desire a more youthful, vibrant appearance which may be obtained by gently tightening the skin of the neck, jaw and lower face through a series of fine incisions behind the ears, in the hairline and in the natural creases of the skin. Dr. Alexander also employs forehead lifts that smooth your skin and slightly lift the eyebrows to help eliminate a tired, droopy appearance. Eyelid Enhancement
(Blepharoplasty)
 Eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) is designed to remove excess skin and muscle from the upper and lower eyelids. Excessive skin and fat accumulation in the upper and lower eyelids are often the first signs of aging and may benefit from reduction of excess skin through fine incisions carefully placed in the natural folds of your eyelid. The eyebrows may also benefit by being repositioned to help restore that youthful, radiant look to your face.
The procedure can correct drooping upper lids that tend to sag with time and the puffy bags below the eyes. The procedure usually takes approximately one to one and a half hours and is typically performed as an out patient procedure. Stitches can be removed after three or four days.
Forehead Lift
(Browlift)
The eyebrows (forehead browlift) may take two hours or more depending on the extent of rejuvenation and the techniques used. Browlifts can revitalize drooping or lined foreheads, helping you to look less angry, sad or tired. Using either traditional or minimally invasive (endoscopic) methods, the muscles above the eyes are altered to smooth lines and raise the eyebrows for a more youthful appearance. The procedure is often combined with other operations such as blepharoplasty and facelifts to improve the look of the eyes and other areas of the face.
While browlifts are typically performed on patients aged 40-60 to counteract the effects of aging, anyone with lined or inelastic skin on the forehead – whether it’s caused by muscle activity or inherited conditions – are eligible. The procedure is usually performed in an office-based facility or surgery center under local anesthesia and sedation.

Nose Beautification
(Rhinoplasty)

Breast Enhancement

His years of experience with cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery is one reason physicians refer their patients who have had prior breast enhancement surgery or problems with implants to him.
Breast augmentation is a procedure by which a small incision is made and a saline or silicone (gel) implant is inserted above or below the muscle of the chest wall to enlarge the size and change the shape of the breast.
After surgery, breasts will appear "fuller" and more shapely in contour.
Breast Reduction
Women with large breasts may experience physical pain and discomfort. Overly large breasts and the weight of excess breast tissue can cause pain and physical conditions that impair a woman’s ability to lead an active life. Breast reduction surgery removes excess breast fat, glandular tissue and skin to achieve a breast size in proportion with a woman’s body.

Breast Lift
A woman’s breasts often change over time, losing their youthful shape and firmness. In general, a breast lift raises and firms the breast by removing excess skin and tightening the surrounding tissue to reshape and support the new breast contour. It is a highly individualized procedure achieved through a variety of incision patterns and techniques.
Breast Implant Exchange / Removal
A motivating factor behind breast implant exchange or removal is when a woman may simply decide she no longer desires implants, or that she specific size she opted for no longer meets her cosmetic goals. Other reasons for this procedure may include implant deflation or capsular contracture (scar tissue). Other patients may decide to change their saline implants for the FDA approved Silicone Gel Implants that may have a more natural look or feel than their current saline implants or may simply want larger implants. Whatever the reason, any patient dissatisfied with her breast implants is a potential candidate for this surgery.

Body Contouring
(Lipo-Sculpture)

Arm Lift (Brachioplasty)
After substantial weight loss, or simply from the effects of aging, skin on the upper arms can become inelastic, loose and flabby. An Arm lift, also known as brachioplasty, removes that excess skin and fat, creating a more youthful, firmer upper arm appearance.
Thigh Lift
A thigh lift is performed to remove excess skin and fat from the inner or medial thigh region. Candidates typically suffer from loose, inelastic skin after extreme weight loss. This procedure helps remove the excess loose thigh skin, therefore improving the contour of the inner thigh and creating a more youthful appearance.
