Ashley's main priority is to make each person feel comfortable the moment they walk in the door. "I enjoy working for a reputable & trustworthy surgeon who provides his patients with exceptional surgical results."

With over 20 years of customer service, Bambi is the perfect choice to be the next member of our team you meet. She has over 13 years of medical/skin care experience. Her blend of superior customer service and advanced medical certification in skin care allows her to answer patients' questions about their surgery process, and skin care needs. She assists in making your consultation experience personal and rewarding.

"I enjoy meeting existing and prospective patients and making them feel welcome and comfortable while at our office," she says. "My goal is to ease our patients' concerns, so that they can enjoy the anticipation of the positive results that await them after surgery."

Since 1997, Anita has been counseling Dr. Alexander's patients on their surgical procedures. By attending numerous industry seminars and panel discussions throughout the year, Anita stays in tune with the changing world of cosmetic surgery, so she can better educate patients.

"It's important to me to have every patient fully understand their procedure, this way they can make sound and confident choices," she says. "Together we'll examine before and after photos and educational materials, we'll discuss scheduling their procedure and what they can anticipate before and after surgery." Anita is available by phone during office hours to answer additional questions that may arise after a patient's consultation.

Kristy knows firsthand how important it is for patients to receive the highest level of care and attention during every step of the surgery process. After doing extensive research and interviewing numerous surgeons, Kristy chose to have surgery with Dr. Alexander. "I was so impressed with my experience and with my results that I wanted to be a part of Dr. Alexander's team!"

After meeting with patient coordinators, Kristy is the next face to greet our patients. Kristy works alongside Dr. Alexander during examinations, assisting the doctor and answering our patients' questions. Her caring and compassionate nature allows her to provide excellent care and put our patients at ease.

For almost 30 years Lynn has been caring for patients, using her experienced nursing skills to comfort them. With Dr. Alexander, Lynn coordinates patients' lab work, physicals and medical forms. Before surgery, patients meet with Lynn for the pre-operative appointment and then again for their post-surgery follow-up visits.

"To me, it's most important that the patient is well prepared and feels comfortable with their decision to proceed with surgery," she says. "I make sure to give our patients the details they need to be prepared for surgery; what to wear, where to pre-register, what and when to eat and drink, etc. For their post surgery experience, I'll go over how to shower, dress and how they can best take care of themselves."
