Silicone vs. Saline Breast Implants Las Vegas

Women who are considering breast augmentation must take various aspects into account prior to surgery. One of these being breast implant type – saline or silicone gel filled. In November 2006, the FDA approved cohesive gel silicone implants. Silicone gel implants can be used for those patients who are at least 22 years old, and for those women who desire a softer and more natural feel.
