Feel: Silicone gel implants tend to feel more natural than their saline counterparts.
Lower Risk of Rupture or Rippling: Since silicone gel is more cohesive than the salt water solution used in saline implants, the possibility of a rupture is less likely to occur. Also, rippling is less likely to be noticed or felt.
