The best candidates for tummy contouring are women who are at a stable weight, plan to maintain a healthy lifestyle going forward and not planning on any more children.  If your skin has been stretched with pregnancy or weight changes, if your muscles are distended and loose or you have areas of fatty tissue that won’t go away with diet and exercise, you may be a great candidate for the surgery.
